Smile 🎼 Feel how your mood lightens, your breathing softens and you feel more space in your chest. Magic? Neuroscience! 

That easy, through small conscious changes in posture, increased awareness about the sensations in your body YOU changed how you feel. This is the incredible ability of our mind-body connection.
