Introduction to movement
Do you want to take your first steps to create your movement routine but don’t know where to start? This mini-course is perfect for you.
Short sessions of just 15-25 min without any special equipment, that you can do at home or even if you are on vacation. Changes in our life and our bodies need consistency and don’t happen overnight. If you feel that you are ready to feel better in your body, say goodbye to neck & back aches, feel more energized in your daily life, start discovering how your body works, you are in the right place.
Online movement space
Move — explore — enjoy. Online space were we get to co-create movement that fits you. Monthly subscription for library of variety of classes that you can use to spice up your practice and take care of your body on daily basis.
