Introduction to movement
In this mini-course I give you the tools to mobilize different parts of your body, with minimal equipment and minimal time effort.
Short and clear exercises will help you to eliminate some of the trigger points and tension accumulated in your body. If you want to feel more present, grounded and energized in your daily life, picking up your kids, going for a run or a hike without worry, this mini-course is perfect for you.

Contraindications
My classes are built on the principles of Pilates, functional fitness and biomechanics. Normally the classes are adopted to all, but beware that it is your responsibility to read through the information presented here and to assess if you have any pre-existing issues that should be addressed first. As I am not a medical professional nor a physiotherapist, if you experience any of the symptoms listed below, I would highly recommend to consult your physician first:
- Any kind of acute pain: wait until the inflammation period is over, before starting working out and always consult your doctor first
- Pregnancy: this course is not designed to sustain you throughout the pregnancy / just after giving birth
- Chronic disease: please consult your doctor first
- Diastasis of more than 4 cm
- You have undergone a surgery less than 8 weeks ago
- Less than 6 weeks after giving a natural birth
- Osteoporosis
