What Is Shed in Motion?

Shed in Motion is a 3-month online coaching program designed for women who are ready to release stress, tension, and pain in their bodies and rediscover a sense of freedom, vitality, and connection.

Through 10 live sessions, you’ll learn to:

  • Release long-held physical and emotional tension
  • Reconnect with your body’s primary language of movement
  • Transform your body and mind for lasting well-being

Anastasiya’s voice sends me directly into a meditative state. When I repeat the practices on my own, just switching on the audio, immediately relaxes my body. 

The session that stick the most is one of breathing, where we released the diaphragm. As a singer I have learned to control the diaphragm by engaging it. However during this session I once more realised how much tension I have around it and how good it feels to be able to relax it. Overall I have started noticing a lot more of what goes on in my body and approach it more as “Hm, that is interesting”.

Somatic group coaching

What if I can’t attend a live session?

Although I highly recommend to attend the sessions live,  all sessions will be available on recording, so you can rewatch and practice at your own pace

How do I know if I am doing the movements right?

This is exactly what we will learn, to rely fully on your bodily sensations instead of visual form. There is no right or wrong way to do a movement, only YOUR way.

How big will the group be?

This is a small group coaching, to ensure a safe space and enough time for sharing the experiences between all the participants. There are 6-8 spots for this program. 

Do I need to be experienced in movement or somatic practices?

No, this is a perfect place to start even if you have no prior experience with somatic education. All you need is your curiosity to discover how your body reacts to movement.

What kind of time commitment is required?

Each practical session is 45-60 min long. The sessions will be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, to ensure you have enough time to integrate what you learn and to repeat the sessions 2-3 times on your own schedule.

How do I join the live sessions?

All sessions will be hosted online via Zoom. You will receive a link in your mailbox to join the sessions.
