Discovering the Core Self & cultivating belonging through breathing

Immersive worksop in Leuven (BE)

Stop postponing your health and make it your priority, starting from TODAY. In the sessions we focus on restoring the muscle balance, thought breathing techniques, soft mobilisation of the joints and core stability. During our weekly 45min sessions we start building the foundation you have been missing, so you can enjoy your body more and move with joy.

Online movement classes are built in continuous 5 week cycles, each cycle is dedicated to a specific topic (mobility and flexibility, posture, restore the balance, strong legs and glutes, core,.). 

You can join the weekly livestream via Zoom or watch a recording on your own time. Recordings are available throughout the whole duration of the program. 

This program is small-group training with limited spaces, so I can dedicate enough time and give the best possible feedback to each participant. 

Outside of our weekly classes, there is a group chat where each student can ask questions and get a personalized feedback.

 Who are the classes suitable for?

  • Everyone who feels that their body prevents them from living their best life
  • People looking to move more effectively, without pain
  • All ages, as long as you are willing to learn
  • People suffering from headaches, lower back issues (like herniated disk), neck pain, incontinence when sneezing or laughing (losing a bit of pee), hallux valgus (bunions on the big toes), chronic fatigue, “falling out belly”
  • People who have 45 min per week to fully dedicate to themselves 
  • Sporty humans that still feel that there is a missing link in their training
  • Everyone who wants to try a low impact workout that can actually change how your body looks and feels, without exhausting you

  Contraindications  

  • Any kind of acute pain: wait until the inflammation period is over, before starting working out and always consult your doctor first  
  • Pregnancy: this course is not designed to sustain you throughout / just after your pregnancy  
  • Chronical diseases: please consult your doctor first 
  • Diastasis of more than 4 cm 
  • You have had an operations less than 8 weeks ago  
  • Less than 6 weeks after giving a natural birth  
  • Osteoporosis
