I do not teach you anything, I show you what has always been there, let you unfold on your own. The more I invest in myself, more I experiment with my method, the more I integrate the knowledge and put it into practice, the more You, my beautiful clients, evolve. Feel free to leave a few words, share your experience with others. What are you taking home from our sessions?

"I haven't been active in sports for a long time and felt that my body needed it. My back was hurting a lot, and overall, I felt stiff. I wanted to start with something simple to gradually get back into it. After the first session, I felt like my neck had relaxed and become softer. I really liked that I didn't need to buy a bunch of additional equipment because you can use everyday items. Also, Nastya explains very well what sensations you should feel during the movements, and I enjoy learning to listen to my body. Thank you for what you do!"

Anastasiya is an incredible teacher who puts her heart and soul into her lessons. Her lessons are structured and her explanations are clear and precise (priceless!!) She loves sharing her knowledge so that our bodies are more functional and our lives better.

I went to the Graspop Metal music festival last weekend and I did not feel like a wreck after sleeping on a mat in a tent. I think your classes are starting to work!

The class dedicated to our feet is my favorite. It is perfect addition to my ballet classes, as it helps so much to work with much needed feet stability! Thank you!

Thanks so much for the class today! I loved it. I love the slow progression, all the explanation, and the focus on a specific area in the body. A lot of what we did today is similar to fitness exercises, but when you do it slowly and with all the tips and focus that you give us, it feels completely different. Completely. I definitely feel like my shoulder blades got some love and education today. Especially bc I have hypermobility there, the exercises for me are more about strengthening the area and learning how to control my unnecessary range of motion
